Free Album Packaging Templates for Independent Artists

To celebrate Stephen Bishop’s final album THIMK (entered as Thimk on the Grammy voting portal) being considered for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album and Best Recording Package, I’m sharing the exact CD and vinyl packaging templates I originally designed for the album from scratch using Canva, completely free to use.

As the Executive Producer and designer for THIMK, I wanted every detail to reflect the craftsmanship and care of classic and old school album art. These are the real production files we used, including the booklet layout and vinyl sleeve specs, all created the old school way with precision and attention to detail. My hope is that they help independent artists and designers bring that same level of quality to their own projects.
